Hard Floor Cleaning South West – Essential Floor Care
There are many techniques you can use to clean your floors with lots of different chemicals to choose from. Similar to hard floor restoration, the first thing we must do is identify the floor type. There are many different types of flooring and you should be familiar with what techniques and chemicals you are allowed to use, but you can always ask the manufacturer if unsure.
Once the floor type has been identified, we then move onto selecting the right type of floor care machinery and chemicals to execute the cleaning job to the highest possible standard. Hard floors like vinyls, karndean, rubber, ceramic, limestone, granite, marble, etc. the most important part is picking the chemicals. For example, you may want to use a pH neutral detergent for cleaning hard floors such as Karndean.
For cleaning smooth, non-profile floors, we will use rotary machines with appropriate pads or the new to the UK OzTech machines with oscillating head technology. For cleaning profile floors, such as Woven Vinyls and Studded Rubber, etc, the use of machines with a cylindrical brush is best. For cleaning very large open plan areas we will use 28 inch battery powered scrubber driers with oscillating head technology. At Essential Floor Care, we use the most advanced cleaning technology and machinery available to the industry at this time. Including melamine pads, electrolytic cleaners, which all help in achieving the best possible results.
As you can see from the brief information above, choosing the correct cleaning technique and chemicals uniquely based around your exact floor type are critical. Seeking professional advice and consultation before taking action is something the team at Essential Floor Care will always advise and something we are always happy to help with.
